Ashraful Kabir

Engr. Md. Ashraful Kabir is a highly accomplished professional with a career spanning 40 years. He began as an Assistant Engineer and progressed to hold key roles including Executive Engineer and Project Director for various international assistance projects. Since 1992, he has been a prominent entrepreneur and educationalist, founding multiple institutions including USHA Computers Ltd and several BCMC colleges. He holds engineering degrees from Chittagong University and Southampton University, UK, and is a respected member of professional bodies like the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). His extensive international experience includes visits to Hong Kong, Japan, USA, UK, Spain, Sweden, and Saudi Arabia.
Rashad Kabir
Managing Director
Rashad Kabir is a notable young ICT entrepreneur in Bangladesh, contributing significantly to the sector's development. He is a Director of BASIS (Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services) and established the BASIS Japan Desk. Rashad convened the BASIS Outsourcing Award in 2020 and 2021 and is involved in achieving the Bangladesh government's $5 billion ICT export target. Starting his career at 18 with BCMC Foundation Ltd., Rashad founded Dream71 Bangladesh Ltd. at 22. Dream71 created Bangladesh's first educational game and cricket app. The company also developed “Pocket Sales 71,” a sales force automation tool used in nine countries. Dream71 has international ventures like “DreaminPocket” in Japan and collaborations in Maldives and Africa. Dream71 works with various government bodies and organizations, including UNDP and World Bank, and has flagship products like “People Book HR” and “DreamPOS.” Rashad's efforts extend to international collaborations and expanding Bangladesh's ICT footprint globally.
