Dream71 Bangladesh Limited developed ‘Integrated Digital Service Delivery Platform for The Parliament of Timor-Leste. The Parliament of Timor-Leste requires a technology-based solution for different organization-wide data management and various application systems. As per the requirement, we have been developed four (04) modules with several features in this system; listed below:
- Parliament Profile & Platform
- Parliamentary Debate Recording and Archiving
- Public Opinion and Voting/Polling Management
- Broadcasting of civic education videos.
Objectives:
The overall objectives of this system are mentioned below:
- Design a smart and intelligent platform or solution that assists both service recipients and service providers to get desired content, service, information, and effective communication on various aspects.
- Develop the Parliament APP.
- To develop a robust monitoring dashboard of different layer of users
- To generate all regular reports on the basis of those databases.
